- Face to Face Interview
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, starting from sourcing through various sources like LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, and references etc. to issue of offer letter within the said timelines.
- Involve in initial screening of candidates, conducting reference checks and scrutinizing candidate’s documents/ certificates
- Prepare offer letters and contract of employment and ensure employee records are accurate & up to date.
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for a new joinee by completing necessary formalities & manage his/ her induction in the organization across functions
- Manage day today HR operations like MIS, Leave & Attendance, provide inputs for payroll etc.
- Implement policies & processes as per the requirements
- Assist and support the HR department as per the need
