- Conducting Telephonic & Personal Interview in coordination with other Department Heads.

- Maintaining Attendance Records & follow-up with Late Comers & Absentees.

- Joining Formalities & Induction of New Employees.

- Employee Welfare Activities.

- Handling Employees Grievances
