-Determine the need for new hire.
-Use of Portals, Employee Referrals, Consultants.
-Use of social networking sites for sourcing.
-Managing entire recruitment and selection process involving interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offers, and final closure of positions.
-Update database/recruitment tracker on daily basis.
-Handle joining formalities.
-Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
-Leaves and Attendance Management.
-Exit & Full and Final Settlement.
Technical Skills Set:
-Excellent communication skills, Witten and Oral.
-Experience with all aspects of the Recruitment Life Cycle.
-Experienced in using job portals.
-Dynamic & presentable.
