Job Description:

-Understanding IT staffing requirements using google, wiki etc.

-Searching the right candidates from job boards & LinkedIn.

-Screening the candidates, negotiating their salaries, employer branding & rapport building

-Scheduling interviews, facilitating the on boarding process & periodic -Follow ups

Skills required:

-Excellent communication skills.

-Minimum Bachelor degree in any type of IT or Computer Science stream like (BCA, BIT, BSc IT, BTech and IT diploma holders etc.).

-Good to have knowledge/experience in customer service or in a industry which requires exceptional soft skills.

-We also welcome freshers with excellent communication skills and graduation in IT or engineering
