Job Description:

-Knowledge and Manage all HR Generalist Function like PF,ESI,GRATUITY ,Labour Laws,Payroll,Various Legal chalan,Forms,Returns,Salary,MIS.

-Provide complete HR administrative support to the employees including leave management, monitoring attendance etc

-Handling the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (head hunting, cold calling, institutes, job portal, references etc.)

-Responsible for screening and short listing of the candidates, scheduling interviews, salary.
