Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Counsellor Acquisition,Workshop Management,Counsellor Acquisition
- Understanding what our ideal counsellor profilelooks like and assisting in enhancing the ideal profile.
- Researching the market/city that we are launching in and the target audience. Identifying the mediums through which you can connect with the target audience, or where they are most active.
- Skim, Scan and Select: Identifying potential counsellors in each of the launch cities through the mediums that you think are appropriate. Using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Linkedin, Monster, social media, target groups etc.
- Connecting with the identified counsellors and building a rapport with them.
- Creating counsellor networks across cities.
- Taking them ahead in the acquisition process - where they would go through the training programs, do the pre and post work assigned to them, and be assessed by Mentorias psychometric team.
- Onboarding the counsellors who are selected post the training process.
- Managing complete counsellor documentation, communication and operations.
- Workshop Management
- Identifying venues where counsellor workshops can take place, organizing event pre-work, planning of the workshops and the coordination of resources that are
required.
- Coordinating and following up with counsellors to ensure their presence in the workshops.
- Facilitation of the event -venue setup, resource arrangement, training kits etc.

Skills Required:

- Fluent communication skills
- Comfortable with travelling to different cities in India for counsellor training workshops &relationship management.
