Profile Offered: Hr Executive - Analytics

Job location: Chennai

Course Specialization: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Engineering/any other relevant field

Desired Experience: 0 to 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
The person would be responsible for data consolidation and analysis, insight generation & presentation, HR data mapping & reporting, Budgeting & Spend, Compensation & Benefits.
Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills and should be a good team player as role will involve interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Strong storytelling & articulation skills ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical & non-technical audiences.
Exposure on the HR processes on any or all aspects of the Hire to Retire cycle such as Legal & compliance, SOP, Policies, Audit, RMG related and other HR-related jobs.
Experience interacting with stakeholders would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of any HRMS would be good to have.
Knowledge of BI Tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI and languages such as R, Python would be good to have.
Needs to have commendable working knowledge on MS Office applications viz. Excel, PowerPoint & Word, good problem-solving skills and analytical acumen.

B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBS, BCA, M.Tech./M.E., MBA
