Job Description:

- The candidate will be responsible to lead the induction and learning process for new as well as current stakeholders.

- Set up a new induction process

- Develop training and development courses for people currently employed

- Organize events and competitions

- Maintain a high NPS level within the organization

Skills Required:

- Candidate should be able to develop something from scratch and deliver results

- Process-driven and analytical mindset

- Should have handled a decent sized team before

- People skills: You are empathetic to the feelings of people working with you and can handle hard conversations as well

- Presentation and event management: You can handle presentations and can organize events end to end.

- Analytical mindset: You can continuously measure and monitor changes and have a data driven approach to problems
