Job Description: 

Recruitment & selection.

Completing joining formalities of new Joinee.

Induction.

Strong administration skills.

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Preparing Attendance Reports.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.).

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Only male candidates need to apply.

Skills Required: 

Good Communication- Marathi,Hindi,English, Positive Approach towards Work, Flexibility.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.
