Job Description:

As a HR Assistant cum Receptionist your duties will involve

-Greeting people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

-Attending Telephone calls.

-Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc.

-Preparing and distributing required reports and communications to hiring managers and designated members of management.

-To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent.

-Searching for the right profiles through Job portals, References.

-Developing and managing strong business relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.

Skills & Abilities:

-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet.

-Enthusiastic and hard working person who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team;

-Flexible and supportive.

-Detail-orientated and resourceful;

-Computer literate and IT skills (Microsoft Packages, Internet and E-mail).

-Excellent communication skills.
