Job Description & Skills Required:
- Receiving and logging the calls.
- Overall in charge for all kind of Help desk functionality.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Customers, Stores and all Managers on daily basis with the help of Call Logging software.
- Escalate the pending calls for allocation to respective Manager.
- Ability to understand the client query and communicate the same to the engineers to resolve the issue.
- Ability to call log efficiently and quickly.
- Closing the escalation calls.
- Efficient in Email and verbal communication in English.
