Job Description:

The candidate is expected to help schools understand how to use the product, listen and patiently resolve the queries of the schools, teachers and parents.

Skill Set Required:

-  Should be well spoken with excellent communication skills and have had customer support experience of 1-3 years in the past.

-  The candidate should be excited enough to work in a startup environment.

-  The candidate should be familiar and comfortable with the use of technology.

-  The candidate should be patient enough to understand and resolve the queries of the user. The queries shall be generated over phone as well as through online mechanism.

-  The candidate should be comfortable with both the media.
