Follow Standard Operating Procedures laid down for the Front Desk.
Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them.
Attend to phone calls and take appointments.
Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to the guests.
Selling of gift vouchers and memberships to the guests.
Ensure that the cash bill is maintained in a secure manner and maintain accounts for the spa.
Seek feedback from guests about their experience.
Control costs by following laid-down procedures.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with the help of the housekeeping staff.
Deliver high quality & personalized service to the guests with the help of the therapists at the spa.
Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.
Handle any guest grievances and bring it to the Spa Manager’s notice immediately.
Maintain the reception area in an effective manner.
Maintain inventory of all materials in the spa and ensure there is no pilferage or wastage.
Skills Required: Good communication skill.
