Milaap needs a creative person for its creative design and illustration purposes ( 0-3 years experience ). These could be related to the design and visual aspect of the overall website, or specific pages on the website, or marketing collateral in regards to campaigns.
In building the visual brand identity of Milaap, this is a highly creative, yet structured role which will require the candidate to understand Milaap as a brand and create design and imagery in accordance to the overall brand guidelines. The candidate will work with Business Development, Marketing, and Technology teams to create the right sort of design and content to improve the communication about Milaap.

Job Description:

1. Design of specific web-campaign pages
-Responsible for the design and development of all print and web design material, sales and promotional materials.
-Design specific pages for campaigns - aesthetic aspects from the brief given by business or marketing team
-Work on basic content for pages based on suggestions from the business team
-Create user flows & design landing pages for partnerships and campaigns
-Create required illustrations to increase visual appeal

2. Work on visual aspect of pages of website
-Work with UI - UX team on improving visual appeal of overall Milaap website

3. Creating marketing collateral for events
-Creation of marketing communication assets - conceptualization, creatives and final production of graphic design  collaterals.
-Design and content development of specific pages from briefs
-Overall marketing campaign designs from pages
-Illustrations whenever required

4. Develop Milaap image and communication manual
-Design requirements for e-mailers, infographics, social media posts and promotional campaign showcasing our work  and impact for various internal and external projects and partnerships
-Creative design for brand merchandise as needed - T-shirts, Gift cards, Mugs, phone cases, etc.

5. Additional Responsibilities
-Self-motivated and can work independently while maintaining a high attention to detail
-Deliver high creative level of graphic and type design for all projects
-Ensure all projects are executed with excellence adhering to deadlines
-Maintain a inventory of graphics for future use as needed

Required skill-sets:
-Fluent language and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with marketing and technology teams  to understand requirements
-Creative skill-set to the extent of being able to create basic content from briefs - is a must.
-Excellent visualization skills and Excellent in design
-Proficient and experienced user of Adobe Creative Suite including Flash, Photoshop, and Illustrator
-Basic understanding of consumer websites an advantage
-Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
