Job Description:

-Person should be Passionate and Enthusiastic towards designing;

-Should be able to think out of the box for each product/client;

-Should have an imaginative approach and should be able to convert the imagination into creative and

innovative graphics;

-Strong Visual sense & Originality;

-Should be open to feedback & willing to make changes, always take things as a scope of improvement, for we always try and exceed the client’s expectations

-Of course should have excellent knowledge about designing-software like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw,Illustrator & knowledge of Adobe Flash would be an advantage

-Good communication skills & confidence to share the ideas

-Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;

-Interpreting the client\'s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose

-Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients

-Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research

-Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;

-Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

Skills Required

-Should be Flexible with timings and working with a team

-Artistic ability and creativity

-Excellent time management

-Should be able to present finalized ideas and concepts

-Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

-Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
