Job Description:
-Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web that will include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, web site and social media graphics, posters, flyers and other marketing material.
-Create vector graphics, infographics and presentation designs for consumer on social media and corporate brandings to further the DrivoJoy brand.
-Work closely with the founders to design new content for all medium.

Skill Set Required:
-Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
-Extensive knowledge of the principals of design, colour theory and graphics file creation optimized for the web.
-Ability to deliver solid designs on a strict deadline.
-Expert eye for detail and consistency; no detail is too small or insignificant.
-Ease in managing an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism. Must be able to communicate visual design choices.
-Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
-Excellent collaborative skills.
-A can-do attitude that doesn\'t shy away from taking on something new.
-An easy-going and fun personality and shouldn\'t take himself/ herself too seriously.
