Analysing Customer requirements from technology perspective in Pre-Sales phase.
Preparing statement of technical compliance of existing products and solutions against the RFP in Pre-Sales phase
Conducting tests of product for compliance to relevant Statutory and Regulatory standards in liaising with test labs.
Creating and maintaining testing and certification documentation.
Devising solutions for the problems in existing products and implementing them.
Creating and maintaining documents for marketing and sales teams.
Creating and maintaining documents for production team.
Providing constructive inputs to design team for product improvement.
