Salary: Stipend INR 10000 - INR 12000 is provided in training period.

Post Training: INR 2 LPA - INR 2.5 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Course Specialization:  B.E/B.Tech(CS/IT)/BCA/MCA/B.Sc(IT)

Tentative date of Joining: Post Completion of their graduation

Job Description & Skill Set Required:

Deployment:
- Graduate Trainee program at Ensight is aimed at an influx of young talent, opening various career opportunities and possibilities for them.
- Upon successful conclusion of the training, the incumbents would be deployed based on the skill, expertise and aspiration of the incumbent and immediate requirement of the organization.

The key requirements in the organization:

Web development:
- The web development department of Ensight supports the client with front end development.
- The main technologies are Wordpress, PHP and HTML.

Client Management:
- The client management team of Ensight handles the communication between the development team and the clients.
- It manages the delivery, escalations, queries and support that the client requires from the development team and vice versa.

Salesforce Campaign Management:
- The salesforce campaign management uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud to handle the marketing campaigns of the client.
- This is the most sought after marketing platform currently.

The deployment would be based upon the competencies of the incumbent and the immediate requirement that the organization has.
