Profile:  Graduate Engineer Trainee – Support

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired experience: 0-1 yrs

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.C.A/MCA

Target Batch Pass out: 2015-2017

Salary: INR 3.0 LPA

Probation/Training Period: Probation-6 months, Training-1 year

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Technical Skills Required:

-Strong knowledge in writing SQL queries on Teradata ,SQL and Oracle DB

-Strong knowledge in UNIX Scripting

-Demonstrates skills in documenting and updating customer issues

-Escalates problems to higher support tiers as appropriate

-Submits requests for products and documentation to be shipped to clients.

-Basic understanding of software development methodologies.

-Ability to manage a high-volume workload and still complete tasks on-time.

-Excellent presentation skills.

-Willing to work 24*7 shifts.
