Roles and Responsibilities:

• Breakdown Maintenance.
• Attending and solving the breakdown of equipments.
• Analyzing the causes and chalking out the plan for avoiding repetitive breakdowns.
• Root cause analysis.
• Planned Maintenance.
• Overhauling of machines, equipments on regular basis.
• Providing Installation support in electrical aspect for new machines.
• Providing utility services, suggesting modifications as regards to machine operations.
• Also assisting during commissioning to Production Department.
• Concealing of electric panels.
• Cable installation.
• Indenting the electrical materials, spares.
• Co-ordination with Vendors/Sub-Contractors/Stores,Production Department.
• Implementation of ISO Procedures for Maintenance Processes and maintaining the records thereof.
• Allocation of manpower in a shift.
• Updating daily maintenance work to seniors.
• Housekeeping in maintenance area.
• Maintaining various logbooks of the mechanical section.
• Improving the power factor.
• Updating various reports like downtime, energy consumption.
• Maintaining the inventory of critical electrical spares.
