About the Company:
Dyninno India is a call center that will service International Travel Network LLC, a global airline ticket consolidator that has agency sales contracts with more than 40 global airlines. International Travel Network has been making agency sales of airline tickets and associated products for more than 10 years and operates under ASAPTickets brand (asaptickets.com). Dyninno India has been established to facilitate sales to Engish speaking clients. Sales are made by ITN through telephone calls that are routed to the call centers. Apart from Dyninno India, International Travel Network has contracted call centers in the Philippines, Colombia and Egypt as well as independent contractors in Moldova and Latvia to service the calls of its clients. International Travel Network makes agency sales of airline tickets and associated products to its clients worldwide.

Profile Offered: Global Travel Specialist - Unlimited Comission

Job Location: Gurgaon

Course Specialization: Any Graduate,Any Post Graduate

Desired Experience: 0 - 5 Years

Job Requirements:

  • Good English (Read, Write and Speaking).
  • Communication technique, experience in sales will be considered as an advantage.
  • Advanced level of PC knowledge.
  • Knowledge about GDS System & CRS- Computer Reservation System.
  • Prior experience in Travel Domain will be a weighted advantage.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Plan and motivate the client to buy transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Provide excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
