Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be engaged in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations in all stages of the project - pre-sales, inception, design, build, testing, go-live and support.
You will work with our customers directly and be responsible to review their business processes, gather requirements, conduct analysis and develop solutions on how to best meet their objectives.
You are required to be an expert in Trade & Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance modules. These include - Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, Master Planning, Quality and Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules.
You are required to have a deep industry knowledge in the industries worked on prior to this role.
Experience with Process Industries - Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Life Sciences and regulated industries is a major plus.
You are required to take ownership of Functional Design Documents and contribute for Technical Design Document.
You need to have knowledge on Technical components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations
You need to demonstrate experience engaging in ERP projects in a variety of roles
Configuration and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations would be required
To the degree possible, you are required to provide an out-of-the-box solution to customers requirements. A customization can be recommended only if the out-of-the-box functionality does not suffice.
You are required to have a good understanding of the current Azure technologies and One-Microsoft Ecosystem. Ex. Microsoft ALM stack (LCS, BPM, VSTS) and Azure, AX connectors, PowerApps
Experience managing projects and teams is a major plus.
You will adhere to XcelPros project implementation methodology with a focus on delivering what is agreed upon for customer projects and internal product development.
