Job Description:

-Attending discovery call sessions. Requirement gathering.

-BRD, Project Plan & Design preparation.

-Attending client meetings. Follow up with technical team members on project status.

-Working in coordination with team members.

-Perform integration & regression testing.

-Providing production support. Handle multiple projects at a time & client deliveries.

-Prepare user manuals and provide end user training.

Desired Skills

• 3+ years of work experience in ERP/CRM applications.

• Should have worked in at least 2 End to End ERP implementations.

• Should have good accounting knowledge.

• Should have sound knowledge in P2P & O2C Cycles.

• Experience in NetSuite/Microsoft dynamics/SAP/Salesforce/Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage.

• Should be able to implement ERP/CRM applications.
