Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Manage the backend processes with a keen interest in learning ahead of the curve.
-Responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites and apps, from layout to function and according to a clients specifications.
-Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.You will be expected to learn how to carry your part of the designing process of the web application and evolve it to ensure maximum performance and stability.
-Contributing to the web application.
-Implementation of a diverse set of services and APIs to power the web application.
-Building and maintaining reusable code and libraries for future use.
-Optimization of the application for maximum speed, scalability and usability.
-Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application.
-Other tasks as designated

Skill Set Required:  
Candidates must have following skills:
-Proficient knowledge of JavaScript.
-Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile ,desktop), and optimizing output to support the concerned platform.
-Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
-Learning to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
-Learning  and executing Data migration, transformation, and scripting.
-Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
-Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
-Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
-Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
-An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJs and MongoDB
-Familiarity with development aiding tools.
