Role Description:
eQ Technologic's Development Team is looking for highly accomplished and passionate team members who will be responsible for the development of its feature-rich and scalable enterprise products and solutions. Currently we are seeking Software Engineers based in Pune, India. The person shall be focusing on full stack development and join our talented team in building the next generation of our products. This is a tremendous opportunity to contribute to our next generation product as well as strengthen technical skills and product knowledge. You will work together with colleagues to define project requirements and build state-of-the-art software and applications. You must be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop applications using Java and its related technologies.
- Analyze functional requirements, design and develop software programs to specifications.
- Provide technical support for our products.
- Design user interfaces, algorithms, data structures, test cases, and test suites for new/old functional modules of eQ Products.
- Communicate status of ongoing development efforts to respective stakeholders.

Required Skills:
- The successful candidate must have a strong development background in Javascript, JQuery, JavaScript frameworks like BackboneJS, Marrionette , NodeJS etc. Or similar frameworks Java/J2EE.
- Excellent Object-Oriented design and programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies.
- Should have experience in writing and interpreting use cases.
- Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON.
- Have Knowledge of Design Patterns, and UI architecture.
- Hands-on experience in developing enterprise web applications on Java, JSP, Spring, Servlets or with other UI framework.
- Highly proficient in programming enterprise or web applications with relational database back-ends.
- Strong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skills.
- Good in Oral & Written communication skills.
