Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Managing all In-Coming/ Out-going Calls and ensuring answering, transferring to the concern team or person. Incase no one available, ensures collecting required information about caller, including purpose and contact details to provide a call back once concerned is available.
- Setting business meeting agendas, sending memos, accepting visitors, setting the executive\'s daily schedule.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mails (couriers/ letters) and distribution.
- Executive Assistance to core team:
- Provide Administrative and Program Support to management and staff.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Making travel arrangements. Organizing air tickets and accommodation for management staff and occasionally arranging of international business VISA, tickets etc.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Shall be able to organize and maintain files and office libraries of books, papers.
- Manage flow of Information- including high level or very sensitive material and high confidential in nature, with a high degree of discretion, via phone, email or meetings as applicable to the management, staff, customer, vendor or any other associated stakeholder.
- Managing Housekeeping, Pantry & Security Staff & General up-keep of the facility.
- Managing and issuing Printing, Stationary and Consumable supplies and other materials for office, facility, pantry, security, housekeeping.

Desired Skills:
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Must be poised, patient, courteous, and maintain a professional manner.
- Disciplined, Multi-tasking abilities, Flexible and have detailed eye to work.
- Good computer skills (min. Proficiency in MS Office suite)
- Pleasing manners and presentable appearance.
- Proactive, analytical, dynamic, mature and result-oriented
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills General office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidate must have experience in Risk Control
