Job Description:
Reception & Front Office Management.
Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
Keep a record of visitors signing in and out of the office.
Operate EPABX; receiving and transferring telephone calls, announcing callers, taking brief messages and passing these on via the email/ Skype system or connecting callers to staff members.
General Office Administration.
Skills Required:
Pleasant Personality, Excellent verbal communication skills, Good telephone etiquettes.
Interview Process: Two face to face interviews.
