Caper undertakes air ticketing - both international and domestic – train, land transport by road, as well as charters of flight and trains. We also arrange journeys on luxury trains such as the Palace on Wheels and Royal Orient Express.

Salary : INR 1 - 2 LPA

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers. The task would involve handling EPBAX
-Attending Visitors and maintaining their records.
-Ordering stocks of stationery & other items of day to day consumption and maintaining the stock records.
-Ensuring that all facilities are maintained at all times. This would include close co-ordination with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other facilities available on call.
-Handling day to day Petty cash which includes disbursement and reconciliation.
-Responsible for Cafeteria management which involves checking the quantity and quality of food served in cafeteria and deciding the weekly menu.
-Monitoring the consumption of meals and raw materials on day to day basis and updating the stocks accordingly, in coordination with the cafeteria staff.
-Responsible for overall security of the premises. This would include supervising the security roster, monitoring & reporting of CCTV footage, conducting security audits and preparing the security personnel to handle emergency situations. 9. Generating and submitting weekly MIS Reports on cleanliness, security, cafeteria and other administrative issues.
