Digital publishing has been stuck in the dark ages. The most commonly used platforms today are Wordpress and its cousins, which are over 12 years old. In the meantime, the landscape of content, audience, and monetization has changed dramatically.

Quintype is a seamless, end-to-end SaaS to manage all aspects of a modern online media operation. It's completely cloud-based, and is free to get started.

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Job Location: Bangalore

Tentative Date of Joining:  Within a month

Job Description:

-Able to collaborate with the design and product team to translate visual mock ups into efficient front-end components in HTML/CSS/ Javascript.

-Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

-Apply front-end design patterns, trends and best practices to maximize bandwidth performance, cross-browser compatibility and high usability.

-Experience in responsive web design and development.

Skills Required:

-Excellent grasp over web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.

-Ability to understand and convert photoshop/ Sketch mockups into HTML interactive pages.

-CSS3 responsive design experience.

-Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

-Basic mobile UI development experience.
