Job Description:

-Candidate will be responsible for developing responsive webpages acting as a Front End developer.

-Depending on the skills set can be lead on one platform and play a supporting role across both back end and front end

-Lead the design and development efforts for all user experiences

-Create visual design and development standards / guidelines for other developers

-Develop proof of concepts

-Create graphical elements

-Develop user experiences

-Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products

-Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.

-Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.

-To create and maintain a robust framework to support the cloud software.

-Optimizing performance for the cloud software.

-Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the web technologies

-Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

-Attend industry events/ conference – both attending and presenting

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features

-Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

-Work on bug fixing and improving cloud performance

-Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Skills Required:

-Front-end Mobile web UI implementation (CSS3, XHTML, and cross browser compatibility)

-Experience with: PHP, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, (Core +)

-Knowledge of Word Press is an added advantage

-W3c standards-compliant coding

-Experience in developing App UI will be an added advantage

-Understanding of OO design principals and patterns

-Good understanding and effective application of Linux/Mac command-line

-Attention to detail is essential

-Proficient with one or more scripting languages

-Excellent knowledge of application of concepts for coding

-Good understanding of coding languages

-Strong analytical and numerical skills

-Good understanding of web standards, front-end/back-end web programming, and modern client-side engineering

-Good understanding of data structures and algorithms

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills along with a hunger for living on cutting edge technology
