Salary : Upto PHP 15,000 per month

Tentative Date of Joining : Second week of June

Interview Process:
-Face to face Interview(3 Rounds)

Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Provide excellent customer service both in person and by telephone;
-Greet clients and visitors in a cheerful, warm, and courteous manner and ensures that they feel welcome and comfortable.
-Screen and directs telephone calls to requested party in courteous and diplomatic manner. Takes messages, if necessary, and convey to the concerned party/s.
-Manage reservation of conference and meeting rooms to ensure that requesting parties are accommodated based on available space and schedules.
-Receive and endorses documents, e.g., Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Correspondences, etc., to person or Business Unit concerned.
-Ensure that company policies, procedures, rules and regulations on Parking Space are properly implemented through coordination with Employees who have parking stickers, visitors, and consultants.
-Other related-duties that may be assigned by the Director of ACS from time to time.

Skill Set Required:
Candidates must have following skills:
-Customer Focus
-Good communication skills, organizational skills, inter-personal skills, office administration, flexibility, resilience and reliability
-Pleasant, cheerful and friendly personality
-Good conduct of the English Language
-Basic knowledge in computer operation (MS Basic Applications)
