Job Location: Gurgaon
Course Specialization: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Desired Experience: 0 - 5 Years
Required Candidate profile:
- Any non tech graduate / Final year result awaited candidates with no back log in Previous year can apply
- Education / experience from travel industry would be preferred
- Freshers and experienced both are eligible
- Knowledge / experience on any GDS / Ticketing/ Refunds/ Fares would be preferred
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Must have good English communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls / queries from the customers
- Managing the existing itinerary of the customers
- Making amendments as required by the customers on GDS
- Providing resolutions to the queries that customers call in for
- Ensuring proper documentation of the call log
