Main Accountabilities:
- Reviewing all PTO documents and validating the Bibliographic data available in IPMS
- Preparation of IDS Packages to be filed with USPTO Patent/Trademarks Docketing Support
- Filing of Applications
- Patent Proofreading
- Other Paralegal support in Patents and Trademarks
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide prosecution support in US and International Prosecution
- IDS & Reference Management solutions (Duty to Disclose Prior Art)
- Docketing Support to US and International Prosecution for Patents
- Docketing Support to the Trademark Team
- Patent Proofreading
