Job Description:

1) Need to ensure and see list of calls assigned and update service support call requests report. Once the issue has been resolved need to communicate concerned client coordinator and confirm the issue has been resolved.
2) Handle daily technical support calls assigned by clients on desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Servers, support etc.
3) New orders to be executed by completing the necessary defined company formalities and while taking back the materials from Client, again need to ensure there is no damage and check the configuration and ensure our materials has been returned as provided initially.
4) Need to have Two Wheeler mandatory, preferably scooter type model Ex( Activa, Mastro, Deo etc)
5) Any new business opportunity / clients has been identified, communicate to Account Manager / Sales manager by determining new opportunities with as much as details.
6) Need to setup desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripherals etc and test whether it’s working as per our set standards.
7) Install OS, MS Office and internet browsers and other necessary software applications based on purchase order placed by client.
8) Existing stock like desktops, laptops, printer etc to be tested and ensure its properly functioning, so that the same can be delivered as soon as PO is received.
9) Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with personnel, co-workers and clients.
10) Adhere to all policies and procedures as per Company manuals and directives.
11) Need to have interpersonal skills to interact with our head office engineers and managers, have connect with company by better communication with different cross functional team, (Ex: Sales , Accounts, Service etc.)
12) Always need to ensure the system which is there in stores is perfectly working conditions.


1) As per company process they need to submit the original certificates.
2) Need manager in speaking English and Malayalam is mandatory for Cochin Branch.
3) Willing to Travel and explore new opportunities.
4) Every day calls would have been raised, need to listed and get the issue resolved ASAP.
