Profile Offered: Field Service Engineer

Job location: Haryana, Delhi, Odisha

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 1 - 3 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Fault rectification & analysis in field.
Must have hands on knowledge of maintenance of Battery Charger, Battery Bank (Li-ion).
Must have operational knowledge of computer/laptop.
Maintain, troubleshooting and repair of equipment's For EV, Battery Charger, Li-Ion battery.
Proper response to customer & internal team.
Keep records of upgrades, repairs and maintenance performed.
Responsible for completion of activity in field, adhere process and SOPs with quality standards.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of equipment.
Provide technical support to customer & internal team..
Must be ready for travel as per requirement.


Education:

B.Tech/B.E., Diploma 3 Yr.
