Job Location: Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmadabad

Desired experience: 0-2 Years of work experience preferably in operations/ driver operations/ logistics

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Batch: 2015-2017

Training Period: None

Salary: INR 1.68 LPA to INR 2.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidates' performance & experience during the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description & Skills Required:

- Managing driver fleet within the assigned clusters. Closely track driver logins.

- Generating driver leads through field sourcing and  ground activities.

- Gathering competition intelligence (payout structure, incentives, etc.)

- Coordinate with engagement team for order merchant launch and driver positioning.  

- Re-engagement of inactive drivers. Conduct field support within assigned clusters to reduce driver churn.

- Coordinate with call support team for providing resolution to critical state orders.

- Monitor on-field driver quality and grooming standards.

- Good communication skills

- Fluency in Regional language, English, and Hindi
