Job Profile: Field Engineer
Willing to travel across India to various customer location in short notice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Customer handling skills. Ability to handle tough situations effectively
In-Depth technical support, working directly with customers including on-site visits
In-depth product knowledge: product capability assessment, installation, repair, preventative maintenance etc
Understand customer’s needs and requirements. Convey the message internally to engineering and marketing teams. Modeling customer’s requests to optimize recommendation on products
Provide internal and external training on company products
Ensure successful end-to-end technical integration with hardware.
Review customer requirements, identify and communicate potential issues and provide recommendations that will meet both Companies capability and customers’ specifications.
Understand healthcare product portfolio
Complete hold on IT infrastructure, OS (Windows, Mac)
Good expertise in field installation of various SW application
Responsible to ensure installation and configuration of SW products as per the project site deployment plan
Responsible for ensuring that the systems and SW operate effectively, efficiently and safely
Responsible for Technical support and Good in solving/debugging any kind of installation and/or configuration level issues
Supporting sales and business development team
Demonstration of SW to the customers
Participate in technical seminars/road shows/conferences.
