Roles and Responsibilities:
Collection of all bounced cases, along with charge- CBC, OD collection.
Field visit and report on FPD, SPD and TPD case is mandatory.
MIS reporting on weekly basis.
Late evening and early morning visits are mandatory.
Assuring bounce rate is less by way of doing awareness calling in regional language.
