Job Description:

-Handling customer queries

-Promoting of products and services of the organization

-Preparing and updating daily sales report to Head office

-Stock Maintenance

-Team Management/ People Management

-Ensuring proper customer feedback to the management

-Establishing rapport with the customers and thereby generating repeated business from them.

-Eye for trends and styles.

-Good Team Player

-Self-Starter and Ability to work under pressure.

-Preparing MIS and Reports

-Ensuring an exceptional visual merchandising at the store.

-Building up & maintaining customer database

-Coordinating with the senior management
