Job Description and Skill Set Required:

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
-Welcome customer by greeting them & offering them assistance.
-Directs customer by escorting them to racks, suggesting items.
-Advise customer by providing information on products.
-Help customer make selection by building customer confidence; offering suggesting and opinions.

REPORTING & RECORD KEEPING
-Documents sales by creating or updating customer records.
-Sending daily sales report to AASE/CSM/SM/ASM.
-Sending stock requisition report & stock on hand.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS
-Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
-Effectively implementing all marketing & promotional activities of the brand.

STOCK KEEPING
-Timely replenishment of stock would be primary responsibility.

VM UP KEEPING AND MAINTENANCE
-Upkeep of visual merchandising as per brand guideline & brand manual.
-Ensuring visibility of brand across the store on mannequins & other hot spots.
