Job Description: 

To deliver Verbal Reasoning, Vocab and Grammar classes at different centers .

To maintain the highest academic quality.
 
To be a motivating mentor for the students.

To implement instructional activities that contribute to a meaningful learning experiences.

To maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

To enhance the Institute’s reputation through achieving utmost student satisfaction.

Must possess drive for self-growth as a faculty.

This position is not limited to only teaching, but also to other functions such as content development, designing & analyzing the feedback, improvising and other value addition to students.

To take-up second level counselling and seminars at various institutions.

Should be young and dynamic.

Must possess excellent subject knowledge with pleasing personality and patience. 

Should be passionate about teaching, and have the ability to connect with the students, build rapport and be willing to go an extra mile in solving doubts and explaining the concepts in simple and easy to understand style. 

He should be dedicated to creating more and more success for the students. 

Continuous learner of the subject and grow in the grasp of students’ expectations and directly contribute to classroom student strength and retention. Being able to present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class. 

Experience in engaging students online using technology will be an added advantage.
