* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.
*Calling the prospective clients to understand their requirements in terms of location, budget and product requirements to accordingly suggest them with the best options.
*Meeting the client and getting the site visit done to the suggested projects
*Converting the prospective clients to booking.
*Keep a regular update of the upcoming projects and work towards getting bookings.
*Schedule a regular meeting with clients and Builders to build the relations.
*Should be a travelers who loves to meet people should the company services.
*Should be a good planner and work towards achieving the monthly and yearly sales target.
Skill Set Required:
- Should have a good English communication skills and should be a good communicator.
- Basic understanding about the real estate Industry. If 6 months to 2 years of experience is acceptable. - Should know the geography of Bangalore for better communication to the clients.
