Job Description: 

The work includes going to corporate & meeting the admin managers for any office space requirement& generating leads out of them.

Distribution of letters, circulars & updates to all corporate.

Entering the data collected from the surveys & updating the existing data base with the details like name of the contact person, phone number, name of the company, address & Lease term.

The position is mainly responsible for sourcing available commercial properties.

The incumbent should develop and maintain good relationship with the Admin/Hr Managers in the region / territory assigned.

Profitable value relationship with the sales team important to ensure exchange of information on a regular and continuous basis for mutual benefit.

To develop contact persons at ground level who become a key source of information on upcoming projects as well and one point contact for existing projects.

Skills Required: 

Excellent Communication Skills.

Pleasing Personality.

Two Wheeler is Mandatory.

Only male candidates are preferred.
