Profile/Designation: Executive Retail Sales

Gender(Males Only/Females Only/Both): Both

Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Cochin

Desired experience: Freshers  (Batch-2014)

Course specialization: B.E/ B.Tech , MBA, Any Graduates.

IMP: the candidate will be hire on contractual basis .Post the declaration of final results and completing their graduation will be an on roll employee of the company

Salary: 1. 5 LPA – 2.5 LPA

  • The candidate initially will be getting a salary of  Rs 1.5 LPA during the period of contract.
  • Post the declaration of final results the candidate will receive a hike in salary based on performance

Job Description:

  • The candidate will be responsible for achieving commercial targets.
  • The job responsibility involves standing on the floor.
  • The candidate will be required to wear uniform.
  • The candidate will be responsible for being a sales consultant to the customer
  • The candidate will be responsible for working 6 days a week.
  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the marketing activities of the store, combined with sales target generated from the activities
  • The candidate should have good product knowledge
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining reports to keep a track of the progress.

 Skills Required-:

  •  The candidate should have a flair for sales and a passion for technology
  • The candidate needs to be proactive, energetic
  • The candidate should have zest for learning
  • The candidate should have convincing ability, negotiation skills and able to handle customers
  • The candidate should have selling skills.
  • The candidate should be comfortable standing on the floor and wearing uniform.

Probation / Training Period: 6 months
