Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Maintaining regular Excel Sheet of Customer data.
-Calling the customers and confirming the orders.
-Creating Invoice and Delivery Slip by filling customer details
-Maintaining customer relationship management
-Reporting to the Senior Management for daily work updates.
-Keeping the records and maintain file and folder for all documents.
-Co-ordinating with Courier companies on the regular basis regarding the shipment of the products.
-Should be fluent in English,Hindi and Bengali
-Should have basic knowledge of how to maintain records in Excel Sheet, Word .
