Job Description:

- Various MIS information collection & MIS preparation

- Organizing Director’s tasks

- Schedule appointments

- Coordinate meetings & take down Minutes of the Meetings (MoM)

- Director’s visitor handling

- Take Director’s notes

- Writing letters and emails on behalf of the Directors when required

- Make Director’s travel arrangements

- Research and data-mining as per requirements

- Plan Social Media Marketing campaign of the company in discussions with the Directors

- Edit / re-write articles assigned by the Directors

- Maintain Director’s Social Media profiles and personal blog

- Listing of company services on various industrial websites and trade directories

- Take care of any specific task assigned

- Phone contacts backup

- Build LinkedIn connects / Manage LinkedIn discussions

- Make Phone Calls for Directors

Skills Required:

- English, Hindi (read, write, speak), with good English grammar skills (need to test)

- Internet / Web / Search / Email

- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferably with good typing skills

- Should know (or willing to learn) how to operate FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, G+,

- YouTube, Instagram and other Social Media channels.

- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
