- Need to do feedback calls to the client and ask for their requirement.
- Assist all management reporting, report compilation and analysis.
- Maintain Timely MIS records for feedback given by the clients.
- Managing day to day operations of the office.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Have to handle client also respond them though mail timely whenever required.
- Proactive secretarial support to the Director.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, receive visitors, screen calls & emails.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting.
- Have to handle work responsibility given by reporting authority.
- Maintain reports given by team members.
- Arrangement, coordination also giving feedback for each mail.
