Professional Finance & Investment Trust (P.R.O.F.I.T.) a division of Integra Capital Management Ltd, a 25 year old listed financial services company in the Fund Based (Investment in Private & Public Businesses) and Fee based business (Wealth management) In Fund based business we are committed to identify under valued businesses and hold them for the long term In Fee based business we are committed to create unique financial solution for successful high net worth clients We are in the beta stage of testing and validating our business model for scale up in terms of: Raising external Funds in the Fund based business Raising a sales force in the Fee based business.

Job Location: New Delhi

Desired experience: 0-2 Years

Course Specialization: Any Gradudate

Target Batch Passout: 2016-2017

Training/Probation Period: None

Salary: INR 3 LPA To INR 6 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: None

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- A high IQ go getter at South Ex, New Delhi for accelerating the Corporate Goals of:
- Fund Raising from Banks, FIs, PEs
- Increase Client Assets Under Management
- Social Media & PR Management to raise awareness with stakeholders including:
- Prospective Employees &
- Prospective Capital Providers like Bankss Financial Institutions, Institutional Investors & PEs
- Focus on current client base and deliver Client Relationship Management
- Implement strategies for increased awareness via Social Media & PR with external service providers.
- Reach out to new Clients via digital channels targeting HNIs with external service providers.
- Generate references from existing customers for generating new business.
- Evolve consensus on optimum geographical growth model thought out India
- Enthusiasm & Flexibility is the key & you must have limit less energy and hunger to learn
- Personal & Professional Work of Director
- Canditates from finance services background will be preferred
- Only female candidates required
