-Lead generation through available resources like online portals, mails, cold calls, marketing and personal reference to increase effective working prospects.
-Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
-Serve as the primary resource to research/ identify, track and contact the prospective clients and explain the product in detail.
-Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including outbound prospect management.
-Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
-Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and sell additional extended warranties and other service packages.
-Come up with new ideas and strategies for marketing to generate more business opportunities.
-Interaction with customers located in the USA/Canada over the phone (Outbound).
-Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation, good spoken as well as written Grammar.
