Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Researching markets to identify opportunities for events.
- Sending mailers to Corporate Database & calling them to pitch on a regular basis
- Ideating – for new & existing IP events.
- Producing detailed proposals for events.
- Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating & meeting vendors on a regular basis.
- Client Servicing: Handling client queries and troubleshooting on a regular basis.
- Coordinating with the designers for the creatives.
- Coordination with vendors, suppliers, operations & execution on the event day.
- Social Media Marketing: Enhance social media presence. In depth knowledge of Social Media communication methods/platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, Instagram and blogs. Content writing for social media posts.
